　　Johnny Tsai has served in BIG 4 CPA firms - Ernst & Young.  During his tenure at the firm, he was selected by the exchange program to service at Ernst & Young in Suzhou.  Because he was well aware of the rise of ASEAN, after leaving the firm, he went to Thailand for development and was fortunate to serve as the financial controller of a well-known Taiwan listed company in Thailand.  He  also was well aware of the needs of the industry and felt the desire and demand for ASEAN talents from Taiwanese companies to expand their business overseas and Taiwanese-funded companies in Thailand, thus, he decided to set up consulting company in Thailand, provide financial, tax management and other related services between Taiwan and Thailand.
　　Before entering Ernst & Young, Johnny Tsai also had experience in serving SME, so he can also deeply understand the needs of SME, supplemented by the thinking mode of large enterprises, and then can provide professional advice to SME with the same thinking as large enterprises.
